When we are old and grey, will we ride around
the country in a silver bullet?
When we are old and grey, will we sit ou on our back porch and wait for
the sun to go down?
I wanna be the grandma who rocks out with her grandkids,
and I wanna be the crazy old lady who gave away her fortunes,
and I don't think I'll wanna sit and wait for those last setting rays of
gold.
When I am old.
When we are old and grey, I want all of your wrinkles
to be from smiling
When we are old and grey, we'll make love soft and slow with a masterful
touch.
I wanna be the woman who still drives you crazy,
and I wanna be the crazy old couple who rides a Harley,
but I don't think I'll wanna sit and wait for those last setting rays of
gold.
When I am old, I refuse to just lay down and wait until
I die.
When I am old, I refuse to just lay down and wait until I die.
But as the last fingers of gold grasp the sky, will I stand strong and
watch the splinters slide?
And will the moon shine proudly on my life?
When I am old, I refuse to just lay down and wait until
I die.
When I am old, I refuse to just lay down and wait until I die.
But as the last fingers of gold grasp the sky, will I stand strong and
watch the splinters slide?
And will the moon shine proudly on my life?
